Vinyl ViBe 2018 specific T and C's - When purchasing your ticket(s) to Vinyl ViBe weekender 2018, we will add you to our list of members. We will contact you first via email to confirm that you want to become a Stack4 member and discuss the benefits of this prior to completing your memebership. We will ask you if you want to subscribe to our mailing list. If you agree to this, you can unsubscribe at anytime.

The rest of the terms and conditions are general and relate to most events. See each event information for specific T's and C's that may apply -

ONLINE tickets must be purchased by the date specified. Any online tickets bought after that date, will not be counted.

Ticket prices will vary per person per event. See the actual event for details. 

Once you have paid, you will receive an E - ticket. Bring this along with your I.D to the event. For gate opening times - see event listing. This changes slightly per event, exact details will be outlined on the event page on our website and/ or on FB.
 
If you need to change the name on the ticket(s), please give plenty of notice (2 weeks) and this should be hassle free. For Vinyl ViBe you must be a member to attend.
 
Children are welcome to some events - if not stated, the event is likely to be for over 18 years of age. 

Please be respectful, don’t drop litter and use the bins provided. keep within the venue site. Don't park in front of entrances/ gates. 
 
The line up is always subject to change - no refund will be given in the event of a line up change. If the line up is changed then a similar act will go in place of the absent act. The line up will be updated regularly on our website and/ or on FB as and when a change occurs and the exact plan/line up for the evening will be displayed clearly at the event.
 
Please give 2 weeks notice prior to the event start date if you want to cancel your ticket and get a refund. Any cancellations made after the this time will not be refunded.
 
If you have become a member we will automatically add you to the text and email mailing list. From time to time Stack4 may text with information about an event that may be of interest to you, if you don’t want to be involved in the text alerts, please let us know and we’ll take you off the mailing list. If a booking fee is charged, (in the case of buying from a convenient 3rd party), no refund on the booking fee can be given.

If you are a Premium Stack4 member you may be entitled to 20% off the standard ticket prices at our DJ nights. If so, it will be announced on the news feed on our website. See the terms of your Membership for details. This does not include *promo's* unless otherwise stated.
 
No dogs and no camp fires please.
 
There will be a challenge 21 system at the bars in the venues that we use. Any illegal or poor behaviour will be met with zero tolerence.
