Being able to provide a professionally produced live-stream, to family and friends who are unable to attend, has great
value to both you and those who cannot join you physically on your big day. For some they may be unable to attend to due to location, personal circumstances and for health reasons. With a beautifully
curated live-stream those people can still share in your special day and be present for your wedding ceremony. Our professional, courteous and creative team want to help bring your wedding to those
who cannot attend in person.

We are able to provide a variety of additional services to the above, including:
- Up to 8 cameras (fixed, remote PTZ and manned)
- Pre-recorded video playback for broadcast
- Large scale video wall to show the mixed broadcast to a local area (ideal for socially distant larger audiences for example)
- Custom video recording/editing - for assistance with Father of the Bride, Best Man and other speeches for example
- Wireless microphones for the bride, groom and celebrant/registrar/vicar/priest
- Professionally edited, high resolution recording of the ceremony
- Bespoke RTMP server locations for privately controlled live-streams
As standard, all packages include:
- Remote Consultations - via Zoom/Skype or similar
- Live-stream of ceremony** to appropriate platform (Facebook, YouTube, Content Distribution Networks etc) - Please note this is dependent upon the internet access of your wedding venue. We are able to provide remote internet access system, but this is dependent upon signal strength and we cannot guarantee.
- Assistance to create a Private Facebook group and customise with bespoke graphics
** As standard we live-stream the ceremony, but we are happy to quote for streaming the wedding breakfast and speeches and more. If you require more elements, please enquire for
details.
As standard we suggest your live stream to be broadcast to a Facebook page/group, as this gives most people an easy access route. We normally recommend creating a specific private group for this
purpose, which allows you to personally invite your guests and ensures the stream is only available to those people you wish to be able to view it. However, we are also able to stream to a whole host
of other platforms should you require; please ask for more details. We can also stream to private, password protected systems on your own wedding website; please enquire for more information.
All of the above packages include remote consultations to discuss and agree on the finer details of your requirements.
This will help us tailor graphics to your wedding colours and theme, prior to the event, as well as ensure we plan the best camera positions to best capture the ceremony and audience on the day
itself. Our professional technicians will liaise with venue staff to ensure our impact is minimal and we are as invisible as possible.
Please note: the above pricing does not include transport. This amount depends upon
your wedding location and will be advised prior to any booking being agreed and deposits taken.
